Navratri: Rituals That Enlighten the Body, Mind and Soul
Navratri, meaning nine nights, is one of the most spiritually significant festivals in Hindu tradition. Dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga, it celebrates the victory of divine energy over negativity, ignorance and darkness. Beyond its vibrant celebrations, devotional songs and colourful festivities, Navratri offers a beautiful opportunity for inner cleansing, self-discipline and spiritual transformation.
The rituals performed during these nine days can be understood as an enlightening journey of awakening of the soul.
Seven Navratri Rituals for Inner Awakening
